How to add the signature

Gmail

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. In Gmail open Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.
  3. Paste with Ctrl+V / Cmd+V and click Save Changes at the bottom.

Outlook (new Outlook and web)

  1. Settings → Accounts → Signatures → New signature.
  2. Paste and save, then choose it as the default for new messages and replies.

Apple Mail

Mail → Settings → Signatures → +, paste, then untick “Always match my default message font”.
